We kindly ask you to let us know (https://www.franandjoe.com/event-details/joe-and-frans-wedding/form)if you're coming before the 21st June 2026. That would give us 2 months before the wedding day to arrange all necessary details with the venue and other vendors.

We’d love to see you in black tie optional attire in your best party dress or a sharp suit or tuxedo. Generally, evening weddings in Spain often lean black tie, with women typically opting for long dresses, but it's not always followed, hence the "optional" bit. Wear whatever makes you feel and look great, but please dress up for the occasion. One small request: please avoid white in your dresses or suit jackets. Thanks!

Please arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 PM so you’re ready when the doors open. This will give you time to use the cloakroom and be seated before the ceremony begins at 8:15 PM.

Your invitation will note whether a plus one or additional guests are reserved for you. If not, and you’d like to bring someone, please let us know. We'll work with you to see if we can make it work.

Children and babies are more than welcome! There will be special menus for children and even for babies. We don't know yet whether we'll hire entertainment for the little ones, but we will let those with kids know if that's the case in the end.
